Caught the patterns of the steps onto the beach, helped by the strong sunlight and shadows. Cropped in, maybe should be tighter, but liked the slightly washed out top right hand corner. #leshainesimages
Loved the contrast in blues and the different textures, but the hardest thing was to get the horizon flat. Unedited shot hence the boat slightly out of focus. #leshainesimages #Adelaide #SA
Brecons Sky Sepia Pen y Fan #leshainesimages on Flickr.
Taken in a Sepia setting on my camera, this shot is from the ascent to the peak of the Pen y Fan and Fan Y Big in the Brecon Beacons National Park Wales
Taken from the top of Pen Y Fan in the Brecon Beacons of Wales. The amazing and rare visibility of the day gave a brilliant sky, and for a photographer, always better when there are clouds. Able to see the strange phenomenon of blue land and blue skies!
The countryside around Hereford Uk is dominated by the bright yellow crops of rape seed, which seems to be everywhere. The dailyshoot theme was for softlight and it certainly was that when I took this photo in the early evening. The fumes of the rape seed are also quite strong too! Image cropped to try and draw attention to the bird sat on the tree, and the typical Herefordshire countryside in the background.
A favourite topic for my photography, the ancient Cathedral in Hereford UK. Always love the texture of the stonework and the detail wherever you look.
Composition # Herefordshire #leshainesimages on Flickr.
Trying to only work on getting this composition right on what was already a picture perfect scene. Taken at Berrington Hall Herefordshire
Was trying to set this up, and hadn’t sorted out the light or the composition when this person walked through. Taken in the cloisters of Hereford Cathedral so somehow seemed apt. Actually liked the finished shot.
A Murder of Crows # Wales #dailyshoot on Flickr.
Love doing silhouettes and this one presented itself early morning. Shown as taken with no editing. At Llangorse Brecon Beacons National Park Wales.
Some shots of my recent trip walking in the Brecon Beacons National Park Wales. Was a glorious day and able to get some long range shots in the high visibility. New Panasonic Lumix on auto, so just concerned about composition and depth of field. In camera editing.
